Juneau Fireworks are on for Sunday night, hopefully.

UPDATE: As of 10:20pm, Gary Stambaugh reports that they are all set to go and still plan to shoot the fireworks show starting at 11:59pm tonight.

The fireworks crew has notified KATH-TV that the Juneau 4th of July Fireworks show will almost cetainly happen tonight (Sunday).

Unless there is a "major deterioration in the weather", the fireworks will start just before midnight in the usual spot in Gastineau Channel between downtown Juneau and Douglas.

KATH-TV will broadcast the fireworks show live. Any updates will be posted here on kath.tv and at twitter.com/kathtv
